Report Safety, Rights, or Harmful Content

Menace • OneClick Commerce LLC • Last Updated: August 11, 2026

Send identifiers, not harmful files.

Do not email child sexual-abuse material, intimate imagery, passwords, government identification, full payment-card numbers, or source media. A Menace Device ID, generation or task identifier, approximate date, and a description are usually safer and more useful.

Report an Output in Menace

In supported app versions, open the generated item in Library and choose Report media. Select the closest category and submit the report. The in-app report is designed to send the category and limited generation identifiers needed for review, not your source photo, video, or Output file.

If the control is unavailable or fails, email hey@menaceaiapp.com and include the platform, approximate date, Menace Device ID or account email, and any generation or task identifier you can safely provide.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery and Intimate Digital Forgeries

A depicted person or an authorized representative may request removal or disabling of qualifying intimate imagery, including an AI-generated or altered intimate depiction, by emailing hey@menaceaiapp.com. Include:

  • Your name and a safe way to contact you.
  • The identity of the depicted person and whether you are that person or are authorized to act for them.
  • Enough information to locate the material Menace controls, such as a generation or task identifier and approximate date.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the identified material is an intimate depiction made or disclosed without the depicted person's consent.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, followed by your physical or electronic signature.

Do not attach the imagery. We may request limited verification through a safer method. We review qualifying notices and act on material Menace controls within the deadline required by applicable law, including 48 hours when that deadline applies. This process does not promise removal from a third-party service where someone independently shared an Output.

Child-Safety Concerns

Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual-abuse material. Report an immediate threat to local emergency services. In the United States, you may also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline. You may notify Menace at hey@menaceaiapp.com using identifiers and a description only.

Likeness, Privacy, Harassment, Fraud, or Other Rights

Email hey@menaceaiapp.com with your contact information, the right or person affected, the specific material or conduct, why you believe it is unauthorized or harmful, and any safe identifiers that help us locate it. We may ask for limited proof of identity or authority and may preserve relevant records where legally permitted or required.

Copyright Complaints

Email hey@menaceaiapp.com with identification of the copyrighted work, the specific material at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. Do not send the original work unless we request it through a suitable method.

What Happens After a Report

We may acknowledge the report, seek limited verification, restrict access, remove or disable material we control, preserve evidence, suspend an account, notify a processor, or refer a matter to counsel, a child-safety organization, or an authority when appropriate. Available actions depend on the facts, our control over the material, applicable law, and legitimate safety or legal-hold needs. Knowingly false reports may violate our Terms.

Report information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
